  • All bookings are subject to a 12 hour notice in advance, any booking within less than 12 hours period is not valid even if you receive email confirmation, be sure to book at least 12 hours in advance, otherwise call the office for less than 12 hours booking.

  • All prices quoted are per car and not per passenger.
  • Arriving at the airport, you have a free waiting time up to 50 minutes after the plane landing time, after it you will be charged extra £5 for each half an hour.
  • There is no charge for baby or booster seat.
  • There is no charge for flight delays as we check the arrival time regularly.
  • All fares quoted are for point to point and any stop over, or diversions will be charged the minimum of £5 on top of the fair quoted.
  • Please note, babies are counted as passengers when choosing cars types.
  • Cancellations must be made 6 hours prior to pick up time.
  • Any cancellation made after 6 hours will be subject to charge (25% to 75%) decided by us depending on the time that you cancelled.
  • Bookings made on the following dates 24,25,26,31 December as well as 1 January will have an additional surcharge of 50% on the prices listed.
  • The company reserves the right to make use of sub contractors to provide the service to the passengers. These sub contractors will be licensed and comply with the regulations of the Public Carriage Office.
  • The driver has the right to refuse any passenger that he feels may be a threat to him/her self or vehicle.
  • We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to flight departure, to allow for possible unpredicted delays en route to the airport. We will not take responsibility for any passengers missing their flight.
  • No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.
  • A reservation may only be altered or cancelled with the permission of the company. It has to be done in writing (preferably email).
  • The consumption of food and alcohol on our vehicles is prohibited.
